Mariah Carey’s second Halloween costume is Regina George of Mean Girls

“I’m getting cheese fries, but not right now,” Carey captioned a photo on Instagram.

Mariah Carey continues to be feeling festive for Halloween!

The singer, 54, shocked fans on Tuesday by unveiling another Halloween costume, following the release of pictures of herself on Instagram on Monday. She had been dressed as The story of Jessica Rabbi from the animated film Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

Carey decided to channel her Mean Girls heroine Regina George for her second festive ensemble, taking a cue from Rachel McAdams.

Carey dressed up as McAdams in the scene from the movie where Lizzy Caplan’s character, Janis Ian, cuts two holes in her white tank top. The performer wore a black miniskirt, black pointed-toe shoes, and a purple bra with the blouse.

“Whatever i’m getting cheese fries #notyet” was the caption she used when revealing her facial features in an Instagram video. “One Way Or Another” by Blondie was playing on the center of the video, and there was an animating graphics that said, “That’s so fetch.”

Fans of the artist were eager to add further allusions to the classic 2004 movie in the section for comments. A fan said, “This time I saw Mimi sporting high-heeled shoes and an evening gown at the pool… soo I wore long heels with a gown to the pool.” “One time Mimi punched me in the face,” read a statement made by another fan. It was fantastic!”

Supporters also praised Carey for her enjoyment of the holidays. Okay, so first queen of Xmas and now king of Halloween!!! said one social media user.

This year, Carey went above and beyond her love of the holidays by taking part in a brand-new Christmas commercial for The Children’s Place.

The music legend, who co-stars in the commercial with her 12-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, whom she has with her ex-husband Nick Cannon, looked joyful in costume. She talked exclusively to PEOPLE about the commercial, gushing about how much she loves Christmas.

I’ve always loved The Children’s Place since it’s a well-known brand and it really does rule the children’s clothing market,” she remarked. “Secondly, I simply adore the holidays as a whole. It should go without saying that I adore the holidays, especially Christmas.

Carey revealed to PEOPLE that she wears identical pajamas sets with her children to celebrate the holidays.

The singer of “All I Want for Christmas Is You” will be on the Merry Christmas One and All! tour, showing off her passion of the season. Beginning in Highland, California on November 15, the 13-date tour will include stops in major cities such as Angeles and Chicago.

Carey released a video of her being “thawed” out by individuals wearing Halloween costumes just after the holiday’s midnight conclusion. She then used her voice to break through the ice. She sung, “It’s time,” and then the song “All I Want for December Is You” started.
