Arden Cho of Avatar: The Last Airbender Remembers Collaborating on Chicago Med with Costar C.S. Lee

C.S. Lee and Arden Cho are collaborating once more!

The 38-year-old actress expressed her happiness over reuniting with her on-screen “baby daddy” in an Instagram post on Tuesday. The Chicago Med co-stars are both featured in the upcoming live-action Avatar: The Last Airbender series on Netflix.

Cho posted an emotional comment and carousel featuring some of the “incredible” people she’s met over her career, reflecting on how occupations may be goofy yet genuinely special.

The two were pictured on the cover grinning and standing next to each other, both wearing clothing appropriate for their different roles in the movie Avatar: The Last Airbender. Pictures and videos from their time aboard Chicago Med were also featured in Cho’s post.

On NBC’s Chicago Med six years ago, CS portrayed my baby daddy. Does anyone recall Emily and Bernie? He’s now Avatar Roku! She continued, “It’s so much fun to collaborate with pals again but a different world.”

Along with Lee, 52, and Cho on the recently released Avatar series, Tamlyn Tomita, Cho’s old Teen Wolf costar, was another person with whom Cho shared memories.

Cho informed her fans that Tomita, 58, was formerly the lead of the supernatural adolescent series in which she played her “900 year old Kitsune mother.”

Despite being “forgotten in the desert,” Cho added in jest that Kira had “made a sister for life” by working alongside Tomita.

On February 22, the film Avatar The Last Airbender made its Netflix debut. The show is a live-action version of the same-titled 2005 Nickelodeon animated series, which aired until 2008.

According to Netflix’s synopsis, the story centers on Aang (Gordon Cormier), a young child known as the Avatar who must learn to control the four elemental elements in order to save a world in conflict and defeat a vicious foe who is out to stop him.

June, a bounty seeker enlisted to locate Aang, is portrayed by Cho. She makes use of Nyla, a blind beast that uses its long tongue loaded with neurotoxins and sense of smell to find its target.

Tomita plays the ferocious and watchful Mayor Yukari, whereas Lee plays the wise and humane Avatar Roku, who has noble intentions.
