Amid family drama, Keke Palmer will host the BET Souls Train Awards in 2023

With nine nominations apiece, Summer Walker, SZA, and Usher are in the lead.

Palmer announced her hosting role one week after filing for an emotional order of protection against her ex-husband Darius Jackson. In that order, Palmer was given interim sole possession of their 8-month-old child Leodis, with no right to Jackson’s visitation.
