Jonny Lee Miller acknowledged that his testosterone levels had fallen.

The 51-year-old “Trainspotting” actor claims that turning 50 last year led his “drive” to collapse. The actor is best known for his role as Sick Boy in the 1996 Danny Boyle film and has spent years training in martial arts and marathon running.

“I feel like my testosterone levels are so far down, and I like it,” he told the Daily Telegraph. “I’m just way more laid back about stuff.”

“My child is my priority, not me. Moreover, everything else that I get to do is a perk.

“Being 50 is like, ‘Oh, f***!’ But I packed those years with of wonderful memories.

Jonny, who celebrated his 51st birthday in June, was famously married to Angelina Jolie, 48, from 1998 to 2000. They have a son named Buster, 14, together.

The couple first connected on the set of the 1995 movie “Hackers,” which is about a gang of high school cyberpunks. Angelina wed the actors while donning black rubber leggings and a white shirt with his name written in her own blood, which she told The New York Times she had “very carefully” drawn out with a “clean” pen.

She admitted she was crazy but said Jonny was the more “wild” one of the two.

He said to the Telegraph that despite his advanced age, he still enjoys being physically active: “I know, maybe it’s some macho bulls***.

But because I’m fairly active, I need to do things to prevent depression.

Jonny not only competes in marathons and ultramarathons but also wins Muay Thai fights via knockout.

He responded to the Telegraph’s query on whether he considers himself to be a “alpha male” by saying: “No, probably Charlie Delta, maybe. That phrase, you know, I detest.

“Oh, these f men,” I always think when someone says, “Yeah, it was a room full of alphas.

“I’m not one of those people; I dislike being in control. I simply like being able to look after my needs and those of others around me. I simply enjoy pushing myself.I am a male, too.
