Vicky McClure, from the television show Line of Duty, wed director Jonny Owen, and Adrian Dunbar and Martin Compston attended the ceremony.

However, the event was carried out exactly as Adrian’s head of AC-12 Ted Hastings would have insisted, therefore there were gold rings instead of bent coppers.

The Dementia Choir, which Vicky, 40, helped fund, sang for her first dance with her new husband. Vicky played Kate Fleming in the popular BBC crime thriller.

Numerous famous people, including a third Line of Duty co-star, Craig Parkinson, who portrayed DI Matthew Cottan, joined her and Jonny, 54.

Football managers Rob Page and Sean Dyche, as well as Top Gear broadcaster Paddy McGuinness, were also present at the Nottingham party.

Vicky posted the following on Instagram to share the news: “Tied up in Notts! ‘Best. Day. Ever.

Vicky, a native of the city’s Wollaton neighborhood, looked lovely in an off-the-shoulder gown with a thigh-high leg slit, while Jonny looked dapper in a double-breasted navy suit with a light blue tie.

After meeting five years earlier on the set of Jonny’s British comedy film Svengali, the pair got engaged in December 2017.

Vicky, who was a cast member of This Is England as well, tragically lost her grandma Iris in 2015 after a struggle with dementia.

The actress demonstrated to audiences what music therapy can achieve for those with the degenerative brain disorder in the 2019 BBC1 documentary series The Dementia Choir.
